Time to Talk Day 2023: Articles, templates, and guidance
Time to Talk Day is an annual awareness day with the objective of encouraging people to talk about their mental health. Too often, people who experience a mental health problem are also expected to take the lead on talking about mental health in the wider sense.
Since Time To Talk Day first launched in 2014, it has sparked millions of conversations in schools, homes, workplaces, in the media and online.
Given the colossal impact the covid 19 pandemic had on mental health, there is more awareness of the symptoms than ever, with that in mind it is no surprise that the internet is now bursting with a plethora of guides, resources and practical advice, aimed at both employers and employees to support them with managing their mental health, throughout the pandemic and beyond.
Much of this information is free and perhaps some of the most useful sources are charities and government sites who have subject matter expertise in workplace wellbeing as well as general management of mental health.
