At Riskex, we are proud to announce a significant milestone in our journey to deliver exceptional service and enhanced security to our clients. As an award-winning provider of workplace safety software with over 20 years of leadership in the UK, we have successfully transitioned from the ISO/IEC 27001:2015 standard to the latest ISO/IEC 27001:2022. This updated certification reflects our ongoing commitment to data protection, security, and maintaining the highest level of trust with our customers.

ISO 27001:2022: A key step forward in information security

The ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard introduces updated controls that address the latest developments in information security, ensuring a robust and forward-thinking approach to data protection. As a SaaS provider, safeguarding customer data is a fundamental responsibility. By adopting the updated ISO 27001:2022 standard, we can continue to ensure that our information security management systems are aligned with the most current best practices and regulations.

ISO 27001 is a globally recognised framework for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continually improving an information security management system. For Riskex, this standard provides the structure needed to identify and mitigate risks effectively, ensuring the protection of our clients’ data across all touchpoints. As part of our promise to support compliance in an ever-evolving digital landscape, we’ve made it a priority to stay ahead of the curve in managing cyber risks.

A new certification partner: 3Core2

As part of this transition, we’ve also made the decision to move our certification from BSI to 3Core2, another UKAS-accredited certification body. This strategic decision was made to better align with our business needs and long-term objectives. We believe 3Core2’s approach is a great fit for Riskex as we continue to scale and evolve.

The UKAS accreditation certified by 3Core2 provides a vital layer of assurance. It ensures that our certification is independently validated and upholds the highest international standards. For our clients, this transition means even greater confidence in the security and integrity of our operations. The trust placed in us by our clients is paramount, and this move further solidifies our dedication to providing them with world-class service and peace of mind when it comes to information security.

A broader commitment: ISO 9001 & ISO 45001

Our transition to ISO/IEC 27001:2022 also coincides with our continued commitment to maintaining excellence across other key business standards. We are fully certified in both ISO 9001 (Quality Management Systems) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems), reinforcing our comprehensive approach to quality, safety, and information security. These certifications reflect our ability to meet and exceed client expectations, while also ensuring that the safety and well-being of our employees and customers are always prioritised.

Looking ahead

At Riskex, we remain fully committed to providing cutting-edge workplace safety software solutions that adhere to the highest international standards. This transition to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, along with our new partnership with 3Core2, supports our constant dedication to information security, quality management, and occupational health and safety.
