Riskex, a privately owned and fast-growing safety risk management SaaS provider, has today announced that Nikki Sammé has been appointed as Managing Director.

Nikki joins Riskex after spending the last 12 months supporting the business in a consulting capacity and has been instrumental in the business’s impressive above-market growth throughout the pandemic, driven by its suite of Covid-19 risk management solutions.

With full responsibility for the leadership and development of the Riskex business, Nikki will be driving forward the company’s evolution, leading the go-to-market strategies for its growing software portfolio and channel partner approach.  She will play a pivotal role in further establishing Riskex as a key partner helping businesses to optimise health and safety performance and manage enterprise-level health and safety risk.

With over 18 years of experience in Risk Management and Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industries, Sammé brings with her a strong track record of successfully bringing health and safety services and products to market. Her previous roles have included the British Standards Institution, Alcumus and Barbour EHS.

Alongside Riskex’s CTO, James Sharp, Nikki will focus on making sure the company truly understands its client base and how its products empower compliance and risk management professionals to manage health and safety in a post pandemic world, as well as focus on what’s truly important to them – keeping people heathy and safe in the workplace.

Commenting on Sammé’s appointment, Riskex Founder and CEO Mark Delo said, “I am thrilled to welcome Nikki as Riskex Managing Director.   Her industry experience and expertise in go-to market strategies make her a key asset to the company.  I have been impressed with the value she has added to our business over the last year and firmly believe that with her ongoing Leadership, she will play a key role in our future expansion plans and put Riskex firmly on the map as a leading supplier of enterprise-level risk management software.”

Sammé added, “I’m incredibly honoured to join Riskex and lead a strong team of people who are experts in their field.  Having previously worked with several players in the risk management software space, I am truly impressed with the flexibility, user friendliness and scalability offered by the Riskex SaaS platform, AssessNET.  I am excited to be working closely with our CTO James Sharp and the product development team to ensure that our product roadmap continues to meet the emerging technology needs of our clients as they focus on managing risk and restoring employee confidence in returning to the workplace.”
