Permit to work module

Riskex, a specialist Health and Safety software provider of 20 years standing and a leader in the UK have today announced the release of a new, enhanced Permit to Work module on its flagship SaaS-based platform, AssessNET, that will enable businesses to fully digitise, automate and better control their Permit to Work processes as part of their Contractor Governance and Risk Management strategies.  The new module now enables both contractors and employees carrying out high risk works to access the system and achieve a truly paperless permit process.

The AssessNET Permit to Work module enables users to create, request and manage Permits for high risk works, from initiation through to hand back.

Key features:

  • Configurable Template Manager to ensure Permits are aligned with your processes and authorisation stages are clearly defined.
  • Electronically authorise Permits to manage high-risk activates across your organisation.  The Permit to Work module includes strict sign off processes, supported by an eSignature feature.
  • Maintain visibility of the status of each Permit to Work via real-time dashboards.
  • Provide easy and secure access to external contractors for approval and/or sign-off.
  • Can be configured to integrate with multiple modules across the AssessNET platform, including Risk Assessments, Hazard Reporting and Contractor Management.
